Thermocouples and extension wire PVC Insulation "RIPCORD" 505 Series
The 505 Series is the most economical wire available. Unlike some competitive "ripcord" type constructions, the 505 Series single conductors are fully color coded.
The individual conductors are fully color coded. The conductors are individually insulated with the appropriate color PVC and fused to form a "ripcord". The conductors are fused to form a "ripcord" using a proprietary process.
Once the bond between the insulated conductors is broken, they can be easily separated by hand. As with other PVC insulation products, the 505 Series is well suited for both manual and mechanical stripping methods.
